公司始創(chuàng)于1986年9月，清*愛新覺羅*溥杰題名，原名佛山市永利堅鋁業(yè)有限公司。于2004年，為了適應(yīng)新時代的發(fā)展和需求。投資搬遷佛山市高明滄江工業(yè)園建立了占地300畝的大型鋁型材生產(chǎn)及深加工基地。充分整合和擴充了各種建筑用、裝飾用和工業(yè)用等鋁合金型材的生產(chǎn)，以及多種類的門窗、幕墻的設(shè)計、加工、安裝施工等一系列的生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)。經(jīng)過近四十年來的不斷發(fā)展壯大，公司已經(jīng)成為了一家國內(nèi)大型的綜合性鋁合金型材生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。
